The fast-paced form of interval training maximizes caloric burn during and after class and is accessible to students of all ages and varying body types. Bodies are quickly reshaped when practicing the Bar Method: muscle groups are worked deeply and intensely and then stretched, resulting in a strong, lean dancer's body. Classes include one hour of interval training that targets muscle groups with a combination of small movements and multiple repetitions. The Bar Method is one of the hottest, most talked about trends in exercise today that we hope is here to stay. This intimate gym has a very supportive community of athletes, whose encouragement will make you want to come back for more – plus seeing the amazing results in your body, of course. All three of CFHF's founders are certified CrossFit trainers, outstanding athletes and super nice (plus, two of them are national level Tae Kwon Do champions). Classes at CFHF include the CORE Sessions (basic foundation class), CrossFit (premier class) and High Five X (high intensity interval training).
